With a background spanning role as Registered Manager, Head of Care, and Head of Quality and Compliance for an organisation with over 30 homes rated Good and Outstanding, she has firsthand experience in operational leadership, regulatory compliance, and governance in residential children’s homes.

Carla has a proven track record of managing complex compliance issues and supporting organisations through regulatory enforcement actions. She specialises in developing Quality and Governance frameworks that drive improvement and uphold the highest standards of care. Passionate about love-led practice and the importance of building meaningful relationships, Carla champions an approach that creates safe, nurturing, and stable environments where children and young people can thrive.

Her experience of embedding integrated therapeutic care models into organisations has equipped her with valuable insight into developing holistic approaches that meet children's emotional, social, and developmental needs. She works with providers to implement models that promote healing, connection, and trust, ensuring high standards of care while improving outcomes for children and young people.
